Development

Our beautiful heritage-rich and vibrant Mount Royal neighbourhoods are continually evolving, with a diverse range of housing and commercial development. With our amazing inner-city, walkable location with close proximity to downtown spaces and yet wonderful green and park spaces, we have a unique community which we want to see develop tastefully while preserving our inherent strengths and energy. We boast a wide demographic within our Upper and lower Mount Royal boundaries and we want to ensure sustainability of our proud and community-centered neighbourhoods.
