- All members MUST sign in:
- Name & Start time – mandatory
- Arriving players may bump members who are not properly signed in
- Courts for use by members/guests only.
- One court per family/member
- Start time: The time players begin court use (including warm up etc.)
- Maximum TOTAL 1 hour when others are waiting.
- Upon arriving when courts are full, indicate name on Next Up list in order of arrival.
- If there are one or more groups waiting 1 hour after Start time, please move off the courts.
- Maximum one playing time per day per member if others are waiting.
- Next Up list:
- Remove name and sign in for your court (#1 or #2) once available.
- All players for court must be present to start play.
- If ‘next up’ players are not present when court becomes available, groups forfeits position on the waitlist to next group.
- Please respect time limits. Abuse of rules and other members will not be tolerated and memberships will be revoked.
